About My Passions; My Background.

From a young age, I have always been curious of everything mechanical. As a son of a mechanic, I was privileged to have access to the tools and knowledge necessary to become quite handy in the trades.

I worked in auto garages as I grew from a teenager into early adulthood. This led to attending automotive trade school, and graduating with 2 different curriculum certifications, as well as ASE certifications and various licenses.

My career changed focus in 2006, when I took a job at a large RV dealership as a technician, where I trained and thrived under various RVIA/RVDA master technicians. I worked there for 8 years, offering great opportunity to hone my craft and skills, mastering all pertinent systems relating to modern day RVing.

My career was eventually advanced by an opportunity to become the service manager of a smaller dealership. The position required me to advance my knowledge passed simple diagnosis, repair, and replacement. At first, this dealership lacked the personnel required to operate efficiently. This required me to perform tasks that were ultimately beneficial to my career; such as parts ordering and management, scheduling, and building customer relationships. 

I developed that dealership from a single technician shop, to a technician for every bay. My intention was to grow the dealership in size and success. However, that dream was cut short upon the realization that ownership and senior management were content with operating at capacity. As customer base grew, our productivity plateaued and a sense of customer dissatisfaction  pushed me to the realization that I was no longer in control of my own reputation. This led to the birth of Integrity RV Solutions.

I am also an avid camper and RV enthusiast.  So after more than 20 years working in garages for auto, truck and RV dealerships - I found a way to turn my knowledge and passion into a business.

Integrity RV Solutions is the job of my dreams - an on-site RV & Camper service business gives me the ability build on my experience and spend my time at campsites - working with other people who have a similar passion for the outdoors.  

My greatest reward is making sure that you and your family can enjoy your RV or Camper - rather than you spending your time maintaining or servicing it.
